Free Design Consult
We walk the property with you, talk through the look you want, and mark the runs. No pressure, no charge.
Fixed Written Quote
One number, itemized. Lights, clips, timers and install are all in it. Optional extras like January takedown are shown separately, before you agree.
Install Day
A uniformed, insured crew shows up in the window we promised. Most homes are done in a single day.
You Flip The Switch
We test every run at dusk with you before we leave, and we service it free for the rest of the season.
January Takedown
We come back and take it all down carefully, on a date agreed at install. An optional add-on, priced up front.
Why homeowners switch to us
The difference is what happens after install day
Plenty of companies will hang lights on your house. The part that actually matters is what happens when a strand fails on December 22nd, or when it is January 8th and the lights are still up because nobody called you back.
- Fixed written quotes. No hourly billing, no "we found extra footage" phone call.
- Free in-season service. Something goes dark, we come fix it. It is in the price.
- Guaranteed dates. Install and — if you add takedown — the January date, both in writing before we hang a bulb.
- Nothing hidden. Optional extras like the January takedown are priced separately and shown before you agree.
- Commercial-grade product. C9/C7 LEDs and wind-rated fastening, not big-box clips.
- Licensed and insured. COI to your HOA or property manager on request.
Included in every package
C9/C7 LED strands cut to your roofline, not off-the-shelf lengths.
Wind-rated, roof-safe, and removed cleanly in January.
On at dusk, off when you want. We set it before we leave.
A run goes dark, we come fix it. No trip charge, all season.
Add it at booking and we agree the date before install day.

Questions
Frequently asked
How much does Christmas light installation cost?
Most single-story Florida homes land between $700 and $1,800 for a full roofline package including lights and install. Larger homes, two-story rooflines, and heavy tree wrapping run higher. Every quote is fixed and in writing before any work starts — we do not price by the hour.
Do I buy the lights or do you?
We supply commercial-grade lights that are cut and built specifically for your roofline, and we store them for you between seasons. They stay yours in the sense that they only ever go on your house — you just do not have to buy, store, or replace them.
When should I book?
Our calendar usually fills by mid-October. Installs run from late September through mid-December. Booking in August or September gets you the install date you actually want.
What happens if a section goes out?
You call us and we fix it free, all season, on anything we installed. That is included in the price, not a service plan.
Can you do permanent lighting instead?
Yes. Permanent trim lighting is a one-time install of color-changing LED track tucked into your eave. It does Christmas, Halloween, July 4th, birthdays and everyday warm white from an app, with no seasonal install or takedown cost. It is a bigger up-front number that usually pays for itself in three to four seasons.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — fully insured for both liability and workers' compensation. We are happy to send a certificate of insurance to any HOA or commercial property manager who needs one on file.
Do you work on two-story and high rooflines?
Yes. Our crews are trained and equipped for multi-story rooflines and we carry lifts for commercial work up to three stories.
Will the lights survive Florida weather?
That is exactly why we do not use big-box clips and staples. Everything is fastened for wind, and if a storm moves a run we come back out and re-hang it at no charge.
