What we collect
When you submit a quote request we collect the name, phone number, email address, city and project details you choose to give us. We do not collect payment information through this website.
How we use it
Only to respond to your request, schedule a consultation, and provide the services you asked about. We do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone.
Sharing
We share information with service providers who help us operate — for example our email and form-handling provider — and only to the extent needed to do that work. We may disclose information if required by law.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies at all. It uses no analytics, no advertising pixels and no tracking scripts, and it does not store anything in your browser.
Third parties your browser contacts
A few parts of the site load from other companies' servers. Those companies necessarily see your IP address and browser details as part of serving the request. We do not send them anything about you beyond that, and we receive nothing back about you.
- Netlify hosts this website and keeps standard server access logs.
- unpkg serves the mapping library used on the service-area and city pages.
- CARTO serves the map tiles themselves, built from OpenStreetMap data.
- Cloudflare Turnstile runs the "not a robot" check on the booking form, where enabled.
- Google receives booking and quote submissions, because our booking records are kept in Google Sheets.
Pages without a map or a booking form load entirely from our own server and contact nobody else.
Booking information
If you book an installation date we store the name, phone number, address, city, any notes you add, the estimate you built, and the confirmation code you chose. We keep it for as long as we are doing business with you. Your confirmation code is not a password and is not encrypted — it exists so you can find your own booking, which is why we also require the phone number you booked with.
Text messages
If you give us a mobile number, you agree we may contact you by call or text about your quote. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete the information you submitted at any time by emailing info@x-maslight.com or calling (727) 232-4727.
