Christmas Light Installation in Cape Haze, FL
Cape Haze is on our regular route, not a maybe. Book the walk-through, get a fixed number, and have the display up before the neighbours do.
Holiday lighting for Cape Haze homes and businesses
Cape Haze sits in Charlotte County, and we run crews through the area all season long. Most of the properties we light here are single- and two-story homes where the roofline outline does the heavy lifting and a couple of wrapped palms or a lit oak finish it off. We size every run to your actual house rather than pulling a pre-made length off a shelf, which is why the corners and peaks land where they should.
Most Cape Haze jobs start with the front roofline — the peaks, gables and garage trim that read from the street. From there people usually add columns and railings, then trees. If you are not sure how far to go, we will price it in tiers on the walk-through so you can see exactly what each addition costs before you decide.
What we install in Cape Haze
- Christmas Light Installation — Professional-grade roofline, tree and landscape lighting, installed and removed for you.
- Permanent Trim Lighting — Year-round architectural LED track that hides in your eave and does every holiday.
- Tree Wrapping & Landscape — Palms, oaks, hedges and pathway lighting that make the whole property glow.
- Commercial & HOA Lighting — Storefronts, plazas, entrances and communities on a schedule you can plan around.
- January Takedown — We come back in January and take it all down. Priced separately — add it when you book.
- In-Season Service — A dark section on Christmas Eve is our problem, not yours.
Why Cape Haze customers stay with us
What Cape Haze homeowners tell us they were missing before was predictability. A number that does not move. A crew that arrives when it said it would. A January date on the calendar. That is most of what we are selling.
- A fixed written quote before any work starts — no hourly billing.
- Free service calls in Cape Haze for the whole season on anything we installed.
- Add the January takedown and we agree the date in writing before install day.
- Custom-cut runs sized to your house, not off-the-shelf lengths.
- Licensed and insured, with a COI available for any Charlotte County HOA or property manager.
Booking your Cape Haze install
Our Cape Haze calendar generally fills by mid-October, and installs run from late September through mid-December. Booking in August or September is how you get the install date you actually want rather than the one that is left. Call (727) 232-4727 or send a quote request and we will get you on the schedule — we also cover Placida, Charlotte Harbor and Boca Grande nearby, so if you have neighbours thinking about it, we can do the street in one trip.

Questions
Cape Haze FAQs
Do you actually service Cape Haze?
Yes — Cape Haze in Charlotte County is inside our regular route, not a "we'll see" area. Call (727) 232-4727 and we can usually get you a walk-through within the week during booking season.
How much does Christmas light installation cost?
Most single-story Florida homes land between $700 and $1,800 for a full roofline package including lights and install. Larger homes, two-story rooflines, and heavy tree wrapping run higher. Every quote is fixed and in writing before any work starts — we do not price by the hour.
Do I buy the lights or do you?
We supply commercial-grade lights that are cut and built specifically for your roofline, and we store them for you between seasons. They stay yours in the sense that they only ever go on your house — you just do not have to buy, store, or replace them.
When should I book?
Our calendar usually fills by mid-October. Installs run from late September through mid-December. Booking in August or September gets you the install date you actually want.
What happens if a section goes out?
You call us and we fix it free, all season, on anything we installed. That is included in the price, not a service plan.
Can you do permanent lighting instead?
Yes. Permanent trim lighting is a one-time install of color-changing LED track tucked into your eave. It does Christmas, Halloween, July 4th, birthdays and everyday warm white from an app, with no seasonal install or takedown cost. It is a bigger up-front number that usually pays for itself in three to four seasons.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — fully insured for both liability and workers' compensation. We are happy to send a certificate of insurance to any HOA or commercial property manager who needs one on file.
Do you work on two-story and high rooflines?
Yes. Our crews are trained and equipped for multi-story rooflines and we carry lifts for commercial work up to three stories.
Will the lights survive Florida weather?
That is exactly why we do not use big-box clips and staples. Everything is fastened for wind, and if a storm moves a run we come back out and re-hang it at no charge.
