Christmas Light Installation in South Palm Beach, FL
From roofline outlines to wrapped palms, Florida Light Installation handles the whole holiday display for South Palm Beach properties — and can take it all back down again in January.
Holiday lighting for South Palm Beach homes and businesses
South Palm Beach is a barrier-island community, and that changes how lights have to be installed. Salt air gets into cheap connectors within a single season, and the wind coming off the water will lift a run that was clipped rather than fastened. On South Palm Beach properties we use marine-appropriate connectors, sealed junctions and wind-rated fastening as standard — not as an upcharge. It is the difference between a display that looks the same on December 26th as it did on December 1st, and one you are calling somebody about.
The typical South Palm Beach install is a one-day job. We cut and build your runs off-site, arrive in the window we promised, hang everything, set the timer, and come back at dusk to test it with you before we leave. Larger properties and commercial sites get scheduled across two days.
What we install in South Palm Beach
- Christmas Light Installation — Professional-grade roofline, tree and landscape lighting, installed and removed for you.
- Permanent Trim Lighting — Year-round architectural LED track that hides in your eave and does every holiday.
- Tree Wrapping & Landscape — Palms, oaks, hedges and pathway lighting that make the whole property glow.
- Commercial & HOA Lighting — Storefronts, plazas, entrances and communities on a schedule you can plan around.
- January Takedown — We come back in January and take it all down. Priced separately — add it when you book.
- In-Season Service — A dark section on Christmas Eve is our problem, not yours.
Why South Palm Beach customers stay with us
Our South Palm Beach customers tend to become repeat customers, and the reason is boring: we do the unglamorous parts. Free service calls, and a takedown date we actually keep when you add it — so your South Palm Beach garage does not spend eleven months holding a bin of tangled strands.
- A fixed written quote before any work starts — no hourly billing.
- Free service calls in South Palm Beach for the whole season on anything we installed.
- Add the January takedown and we agree the date in writing before install day.
- Custom-cut runs sized to your house, not off-the-shelf lengths.
- Licensed and insured, with a COI available for any Palm Beach County HOA or property manager.
Booking your South Palm Beach install
Our South Palm Beach calendar generally fills by mid-October, and installs run from late September through mid-December. Booking in August or September is how you get the install date you actually want rather than the one that is left. Call (727) 232-4727 or send a quote request and we will get you on the schedule — we also cover Manalapan, Lantana and Hypoluxo nearby, so if you have neighbours thinking about it, we can do the street in one trip.

Questions
South Palm Beach FAQs
Do you actually service South Palm Beach?
Yes — South Palm Beach in Palm Beach County is inside our regular route, not a "we'll see" area. Call (727) 232-4727 and we can usually get you a walk-through within the week during booking season.
How much does Christmas light installation cost?
Most single-story Florida homes land between $700 and $1,800 for a full roofline package including lights and install. Larger homes, two-story rooflines, and heavy tree wrapping run higher. Every quote is fixed and in writing before any work starts — we do not price by the hour.
Do I buy the lights or do you?
We supply commercial-grade lights that are cut and built specifically for your roofline, and we store them for you between seasons. They stay yours in the sense that they only ever go on your house — you just do not have to buy, store, or replace them.
When should I book?
Our calendar usually fills by mid-October. Installs run from late September through mid-December. Booking in August or September gets you the install date you actually want.
What happens if a section goes out?
You call us and we fix it free, all season, on anything we installed. That is included in the price, not a service plan.
Can you do permanent lighting instead?
Yes. Permanent trim lighting is a one-time install of color-changing LED track tucked into your eave. It does Christmas, Halloween, July 4th, birthdays and everyday warm white from an app, with no seasonal install or takedown cost. It is a bigger up-front number that usually pays for itself in three to four seasons.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — fully insured for both liability and workers' compensation. We are happy to send a certificate of insurance to any HOA or commercial property manager who needs one on file.
Do you work on two-story and high rooflines?
Yes. Our crews are trained and equipped for multi-story rooflines and we carry lifts for commercial work up to three stories.
Will the lights survive Florida weather?
That is exactly why we do not use big-box clips and staples. Everything is fastened for wind, and if a storm moves a run we come back out and re-hang it at no charge.
