Questions
Common questions
How much does Christmas light installation cost?
Most single-story Florida homes land between $700 and $1,800 for a full roofline package including lights and install. Larger homes, two-story rooflines, and heavy tree wrapping run higher. Every quote is fixed and in writing before any work starts — we do not price by the hour.
Do I buy the lights or do you?
We supply commercial-grade lights that are cut and built specifically for your roofline, and we store them for you between seasons. They stay yours in the sense that they only ever go on your house — you just do not have to buy, store, or replace them.
When should I book?
Our calendar usually fills by mid-October. Installs run from late September through mid-December. Booking in August or September gets you the install date you actually want.
What happens if a section goes out?
You call us and we fix it free, all season, on anything we installed. That is included in the price, not a service plan.
Can you do permanent lighting instead?
Yes. Permanent trim lighting is a one-time install of color-changing LED track tucked into your eave. It does Christmas, Halloween, July 4th, birthdays and everyday warm white from an app, with no seasonal install or takedown cost. It is a bigger up-front number that usually pays for itself in three to four seasons.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — fully insured for both liability and workers' compensation. We are happy to send a certificate of insurance to any HOA or commercial property manager who needs one on file.
Do you work on two-story and high rooflines?
Yes. Our crews are trained and equipped for multi-story rooflines and we carry lifts for commercial work up to three stories.
Will the lights survive Florida weather?
That is exactly why we do not use big-box clips and staples. Everything is fastened for wind, and if a storm moves a run we come back out and re-hang it at no charge.
